i enjoyed a complimentary happy hour every day. my king studio suite mobility access was surprisingly quiet. the location made it easy to access subways.

counter space was limited in THE bathroom.

long wait small room

the elevators were a real problem i often waited a long time it seemed like forever to get up or down especially around breakfast time it was so frustrating. the room itself was small much smaller than i expected it didn't feel like a suite at all. i felt let down for the price i paid.

cramped room malfunctioning safe

the room felt cramped, especially with luggage. i noticed there wasn't much space to move around comfortably. the in-room safe also malfunctioned and i had to call maintenance twice to get it working. it was a minor inconvenience, but definitely frustrating, malfunctioning safe.
